The location was great, not very far from Shibu Onsen charming hot-springs resort. Extremely spacious and fantastic units with lovely private bath and Japanese beds. - the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Amiable, amazingly kind staff towards all guests. Location just off the Jigokudani Monkey Park and Yudanaka Station and Shibu Onsen and a waterfall. For shots visit Izakaya Chokkun, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Comfy bed, well-appointed room with a view of mountain. Lots of facilities such as: a safe, central heating, and coffee/tea makers.

The breakfast offered a variety of traditional dishes, and the hotel's proximity to Baio-ji Temple made it very convenient.

Location so close to the Yokoyugawa river and Yudanaka station and the nearby ski resorts. Really helpful and extremely helpful staff with great local knowledge. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

I booked japanese-style twin room overlooking street. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, plus the bathroom was excellent. Location: the hotel was right by the train station, an endless stream of naturally flowing water from two of the towns nine hot springs and the park where the snow monkeys are. The atmosphere created was quiet;)))

Our Japanese-style room came with a comfortable Western-style bed and a relaxing open volcanic bath. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, responding to our requests promptly. - the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the train station, the Snow Monkey Park, a beautiful natural stream, and Ryuoo Ski Park.

The location was wonderful, being close to a cafe, Yudanaka Station, Shibu Onsen, and not far from Nagano. We loved the layout of our fairly spacious triple room with a western-style bed and private onsen.

Great location, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to, right by a bus stop 🚌.

The location here is fantastic, the breakfast is traditional and outstanding with a wide variety of food options.

The venue met all my demands and I would recommend it. I had an enjoyable night at this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. the room was reasonably spacious with a western-style bed and private onsen. the central heating, safe box, and multi-channel television were provided. All the staff were outstandingly accommodating and super friendly, instantly solving any issues. the venue has an excellent location near the ski resorts.
